Dave’s entire career has been in communications, and he is recognized for major contributions on every project he has undertaken. He is result driven with every project the company works on, and is personally involved at all levels. Dave works together with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes. Dave is always available to attend all meetings, including state and local government and public meetings, as well as provide his strategic and tactical input throughout each project.
Dave has more than 30 years of PI experience on more than 60 UDOT projects. He has developed complex PI approaches that are now used routinely by departments of transportation and design, engineering companies, and construction firms. These include Community Coordination Teams (CCTs), interactive project diagrams, and large-scale graphics to increase project buy-in from the public. Dave employs one-on-one involvement with key stakeholders to find satisfying issue resolutions between owners and stakeholders, and to build public trust.
Marty has earned a reputation for managing first-class public involvement and public engagement programs. Marty understands the technical demands of transit and infrastructure projects, as well as the need to share information with stakeholders. He tailors clients’ public involvement programs to fit the specific needs of each project, large or small. More than just another project component, public involvement is something Marty regards as necessary for engaging the citizens of communities that are affected by changes in their environment. By utilizing proactive strategies and the effective use of communication materials, Marty helps cultivate partnerships with partner agencies, businesses, community advisory councils and other stakeholders to advance each project through development, design and construction processes.

Dez Ragan has worked with FrontLine Public Involvement for more than 15 years and has been involved with public involvement on numerous projects. She has worked in all the regions of Utah, is highly trained, knowledgeable and brings with her a unique combination of talents that make her an importance asset to any team.
Dez has earned a reputation for having a thorough understanding of the challenges facing each project, using creative, innovative ways to work and communicate with the public and stakeholders. She strives every day, with total dedication, to being the best in the industry.
Lori Child is a lifelong Utah resident, having grown up in Holladay. She and her husband of 26 years have raised their family in Farmington. Their family consists of 5 children and recently their first grandchild.
Lori’s first priority is family and making Utah a great place to raise families. Her current responsibilities with FrontLine give her the opportunity to make an influence. Her work responsibilities allow her to make roads a safer place.
Lori contributes in other ways to her community by volunteering in the public process to make schools better, provide a proper forum for voting, and serving many in her church responsibilities.
Her qualifications as an active community participant began as a school teacher. Her formal education is a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a minor in French. Her real qualification is a love for people and a desire to serve others and to make their lives a little safer and a little better.
